WAST Training Activity

At the beginning of September 2023, from 4th to 8th, 20 people from Poland, Cyprus, Greece, Ukraine and Italy met in Pianezza, a small town near Turin, Italy to take part in a training called #WAST Training Activity.
The 13 participants had the opportunity to engage with 7 specialized trainers on various topics related to alternative and sustainable tourism.
They had the chance to learn how to plan thematic tours, what is meant by alternative and sustainable tourism, and how to create one.
Participants also worked in groups to learn some public speaking strategies and strategies for publicizing their work on social media.
Accessible tourism was also discussed during those 5 days, and at the GAM (Gallery of Modern Art) it was possible to experience firsthand the tactile trail that has been implemented over the years.
